-Sound Bath and Meditation: Immerse yourself in healing vibrations as Jenelle uses a variety of sounds that will send vibrations over you and through you. This will be joined by a guided meditation, restoring balance and inner peace.

-Breathwork: Harness the power of breath to release tension, enhance clarity on what you want as the season changes from the quiet and restful winter months to energetic growth. How do you want to feel? What direction do you want to go moving forward? Allow breathwork help to center both hemispheres of the brain as well as bring creativity and focus.

-Journaling: Reflect and set intentions through guided journal prompts, tapping into your inner wisdom. You will take home a journal with journal prompts for this season of growth.

-Planting Seeds: Literally and metaphorically plant seeds of growth, nurturing your aspirations for the season ahead. We’ll have everything you need to plant seeds in your mind as well as seeds in nurturing soil to take home.

-Ritual Manifestation Fire: Ignite your desires in our sacred fire ceremony, symbolizing transformation and manifestation.
