Sound Baths at Inspired Mind Matters
Step into a realm of tranquility, vibrational healing, and deep rejuvenation at Inspired Mind Matters Wellness Studio. Our sound healing experiences are thoughtfully crafted to help you release stress, soothe the nervous system, and invite your body into a state of true rest.
Led by a combination of Michelle Svendsen, Level 2 Sound Healing Practitioner, Jenelle, and Wendy, our studio offers a variety of healing sessions designed to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey. Choose from single sound bath + meditation sessions, immersive double sound bath experiences with two full sets of crystal bowls, sound bath hypnotherapy sessions, and sound bath breathwork journeys for deeper emotional release and energetic reset. With crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and more, each session is a full-body sensory immersion.
How We Begin
Each session starts with gentle movement and calming breathwork to help settle your mind and prepare your body for relaxation. Wrapped in cozy blankets and supported by plush props, you’ll be invited to soften, surrender, and let the soothing vibrations wash over you. Bring your own blankets and pillows or enjoy the comfort of our studio’s offerings—we make sure every detail supports your rest.
What to Expect
Dressed in warm layers with socks to keep you grounded, you’ll lie back and allow the harmonious waves of sound to guide you into a state of deep calm. Sound healing works by shifting your brainwaves into restorative states, helping you:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Ease physical tension and chronic pain
• Regulate the nervous system
• Improve sleep and support deeper rest
• Release stagnant energy and emotional overload
• Enhance mental clarity, creativity, and self-connection
For many, sound healing feels like pressing “reset” for the mind, body, and spirit.
Your Sanctuary for Restoration.
Our sound baths are accessible to all—movement and breathwork are optional, and the experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, burnout, emotional heaviness, physical tension, or simply craving a moment of peace, these sessions offer a gentle sanctuary for healing.

At Inspired Mind Matters, our sound baths are designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, stress reduction, and overall well-being. These sessions are complementary wellness experiences and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
Our sound baths may include crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, drums, and other sound healing instruments that create immersive vibrations and meditative experiences. While most participants find these sessions deeply calming, sound healing is not appropriate for everyone.
