Smudge Making Workshop

In this smudge making workshop at the Inspired Mind Matters Wellness Studio, Nansen will teach you how to hand craft your very own one-of-a-kind smudge. These are perfect to burn with your chosen intention, give as a gift, or use for decoration adding a touch of Zen.
The cost is $25.00. Please pre-register by sending email to [email protected].
All participants will need to register so we know how much supplies to have on hand. Light refreshments will be available.
All materials will be provided, along with some history and usage of smudges, and the therapeutic properties of the floral ingredients you choose to incorporate.
The smudge making session will be a fun, educational, and empowering afternoon that will end with a guided meditation from Michelle. You will leave the studio refreshed with a sense of peace.
