You and your child or grandchild will connect in movement and mindfulness together. This is an introduction to the mat, breathwork, yoga, moving with intention, and coordination, while still being active and having fun. Classes will be interactive and educational, using stories, games, music, and confidence building equipment. Class price is $15.00, this includes child and adult, each additional family sibling is $10.00
