We will begin this special Christmas Eve session with gentle movement followed by calming breathwork. We will then get comfortable with blankets and props. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows from home or use the props we have at the studio. Dress in comfortable layers and wear socks. The remainder of class will be spent immersed in a healing sound journey. Your senses will come alive as waves of vibrations dance across your skin.

These vibrations will encourage the body to go into deep rest and rejuvenation. This is available to anyone and all movement and breathwork are optional.
