Pain Management Mindset Workshop

Join us at the Inspired Mind Matters Wellness Studio’s newest wellness workshop – Pain Management Mindset. $35.00 per person per session. Pre-register/pay to guarantee your spot.

Although we can’t eliminate your pain, we can help you redirect your focus through ancient methods and modern tools. As we discuss and put into action these modalities, it is our hope that we can bring you new solutions to help ease your acute or chronic pain through a personalized holistic approach that pairs nicely with your current pain management routine.

This series is made up of two parts, which can either be completed together or as individual sessions. During each 2-hour workshop, Michelle and Jenelle will teach you breathwork techniques, meditation, mindfulness activities, movement, myofascial release techniques, and much more. You will receive take home worksheets and tools to continue practicing these and other methods at home.

perception through using acupressure points.

Myofascial Release
· The why and how of Myofascial Release for pain.
· Practice using a ball for fascia release
· Take home how-to sheet and ball
