I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and certified instructor in Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. I’m a Triple-Certified Breathwork Facilitator and a certified NLP/EFT/TFT Practitioner. I also hold certifications in Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and Cacao Ceremony Facilitation. With more than a decade dedicated to studying meditation, breathwork, neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and stress management, I’m committed to making holistic wellness tools accessible, approachable, and affordable for all.

Breathwork Journey and Optional Cold Plunge with Michelle

I am a visionary artist and healer, merging the disciplines of occupational therapy, life coaching, and sacred art to create transformational spaces of healing and resonance. As a dreamer attuned to the whispers of the ocean, I listen to the ancient stories carried by the tide. I am a songwriter who transforms silence into melody and an artist who paints with breath, crafting experiences that transcend the ordinary.

My journey began with a deep calling to listen, not only to others, but to the subtle harmonics of body and soul. This practice of deep listening became the foundation for my work and life. A decade ago, I arrived on the Long Beach Peninsula, feeling lost and disconnected. It was here, embraced by wild salt air and the rhythm of crashing waves, that I began to heal. The land taught me that love is constant, present, and deeply life-giving. In this sacred space, a planetary song unfolded within me, a guiding north star that led me back to my deepest self. Surrendering completely, I allowed Creation’s Joy to flow through me, and from this communion, the Creation’s Joy Living Meditation Circle was born. I now offer this profound experience to others.

Through this living mandala, I invite you to enter an unfolding space where every breath is consecrated, every moment is a return home, and every action is communion with the divine. I welcome you to Heaven on Earth, where you become the fragrance you’ve been seeking. What you love is already within you. What is taken is not lost, but woven into a greater harmony.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and weekend warrior. My favorite activities are mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and of course yoga. I started practicing yoga in 2006 to maintain a balanced body for my outdoor hobbies — and I found so much more. I wanted to share what I found.

I completed my 200-hour YTT in November 2016 from Momentum School of Yoga, and my 300-hour YTT in August 2021 from Centered City Yoga — Yoga Soul. My yoga practice helps me navigate the ups and downs of life. Yoga allows me to connect mind and body and find beauty in all the moments of life. Yoga has — and continues to — broaden my lens to see more clearly, soften my heart to love more fully, and expand my mind to live more bravely.

I want to give my students a safe place to breathe, tune in, connect, and move freely. In my classes you can expect to connect with your breath and challenge yourself in asana. Coming to your mat should feel like recess for your soul!
