As you know these workshops sell out so be sure to grab your spot by pre-registering/paying. \nHere’s a glimpse of what awaits you: \n-Cacao Ceremony: Indulge in the ancient tradition of cacao\, fostering heart-opening connections and setting intentions for the season ahead. This ceremony is intended to help ground you into the experience\, opening the heart\, and helping you find clarity as we move through the workshop. We proudly carry Macaw Kakau as our official cacao. \n-Yin to Vin Yoga: Vin2Yin yoga session. Vinyasa is associated with Yang and warmth\, with gentle movement\, while Yin is represented by cool\, dark\, and stillness so the poses work perfectly in our transitioning. We will move through this yoga for a 40 minute session that is sure to stretch your body and mind as we look to find balance in our thoughts\, movements\, and life. \n-Sound Bath that will connect you with nature\, with your true self\, and balance with your own body and higher consciousness. This will last about 30 minutes. We have blankets\, pillows\, and eye masks for you to use\, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you be cozy and comfortable. Jenelle will take you on a sound experience with vibrations that will not only dance across your skin but sink into your very core and relax your mind. \n– Lunch! No journey is complete without nourishing the body. Indulge in a delectable light lunch crafted with love and wholesome ingredients provided by Michelle and Jenelle\, Jenelle’s soups are amazing! We also carry tea from our friends at Beach House Teas. \n-Breathwork: Harness the power of breath to release tension\, enhance clarity on what you may need to let go of to create space for new thoughts\, beliefs\, feelings\, dreams\, adventures\, and stepping into your best life. Allow breathwork help to center both hemispheres of the brain as well as bring creativity and focus. \n-Journaling: Reflect and set intentions through guided journal prompts\, tapping into your inner wisdom. You will take home a journal with journal prompts for this season of slowing down\, beginning to turn inward physically and energetically for self-reflection. This is also a great opportunity to make any notes of what may have become clear to you while on the mat with us. \n-Finally\, we will have a couple simple Mabon rituals that you may participate in if you choose to.
