This immersive experience features two full sets of crystal bowls\, along with an array of chimes\, bells\, and drums\, creating layered waves of sound designed to quiet the mind\, soften the body\, and invite deep rest. \nYou can drop in for $20 (arrive between 10:45–10:55am)\, or come early for Yin Yoga at 9:30am for $15 and enjoy $5 off your yin class when you stay for both. We have everything you need to get cozy\, or you’re welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow.\nWinter invites us to slow down\, conserve energy\, and turn inward. Intentional rest during this season supports the nervous system\, balances hormones\, improves immune function\, and helps prevent burnout. When paired with sound therapy\, the effects deepen.
