This 90-minute session will: \n\nBegin with an overview of the techniques\, benefits\, and safety considerations for breathwork\, including breath retentions.\nInclude a grounding meditation to prepare you for your journey.\nUse carefully curated music to enhance your breathing experience\, leading to sensations\, insights\, or deep relaxation—unique to each participant.\n\nBreathwork is a powerful tool to reduce stress and anxiety\, foster clarity\, and tap into your body’s natural capacity for growth and healing.
