DESCRIPTION:Who doesn’t need a little time to relax and reflect during the busy holiday season!\n\nNo need to bring anything but your holiday spirit and an open mind – we’ve got the yoga mats ready for you. Join us for a celebration of healing\, joy\, and the festive spirit! $15.00 drop-ins welcome.\n\nLocated at the Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center. 300 14th St NW\, Long Beach WA\n\nWe will begin this special Christmas Eve session with gentle movement followed by calming breathwork. We will then get comfortable with blankets and props. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows from home or use the props we have at the studio. Dress in comfortable layers and wear socks. The remainder of class will be spent immersed in a healing sound journey. Your senses will come alive as waves of vibrations dance across your skin.\nThese vibrations will encourage the body to go into deep rest and rejuvenation. This is available to anyone and all movement and breathwork are optional.
