All mats\, blankets\, bolsters\, blocks\, and straps are supplied. Class starts at 9:30 am\, please arrive up to 10 minutes early as to not disrupt class after it starts. Wear comfortable stretchy clothing\, and if your feet get cold\, I recommend socks.

SUMMARY:Fall Equinox Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating the changing of the season with a Fall Equinox Workshop as we bridge the gap between light and darkness and true balance. In this 3 hour session we will spend some of our sacred time and energy thanking the summer season and paying our respects to the impending darker cooler season of fall with a balancing yin session. Yin is represented by cool\, dark\, and stillness so it fits perfectly in our transitioning. We will encompass this with this gentle form of yoga for a 40 minute session that is sure to stretch your body and mind as we look to find balance in our thoughts\, movements\, and life.\n\nThis Yin session will be followed by a meditation and sound bath that will connect you with nature\, with your true self\, and balance with your own body and higher consciousness. This will last about 45 minutes. We have blankets\, pillows\, and eye masks for you to use\, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you be cozy and comfortable. Jenelle will take you on a sound experience with vibrations that will not only dance across your skin but sink into your very core and relax your mind.\n\nWe will take a short break with some Chai tea and light refreshments\, then do a little grounding breathwork to help us find gratitude while we embrace the waning sunlight and rejoice in our harvest of this year. We will look at ways to incorporate journaling into your daily life and spend a moment here giving thanks for our many blessings while looking ahead at the new season and what it will bring. You will be provided with a journal to take home with you.\nFinally\, we will have a couple simple Mabon rituals that you may participate in if you choose to. These are to give blessings as well as allow what no longer serves us to fall away with the changing of the season.\n\nSpace is limited to 12 participants as we want this to be an intimate event so be sure to pre-register/pay to guarantee your spot today!
